Buena Estrella Ensemble Mezcal 750ml is made with the Espadin and Cuixe agave. While the Espadin is commercially cultivated, the Cuixe used in Buena Estrella is wild harvested after growing for 10-12 years in the arid valleys of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca.
The Buena Estrella is a sipper and will have notes of geen botanicals, hints of citrus zest, and a subtle peppery spice, all harmonizing gracefully with the underlying earthiness characteristic of mezcal.
